2015 - 2018 Multicultural Marketing - Developed dozens of Multicultural targeted activations to authentically connect with primarily core target of Hispanic shoppers. Materials designed included multicultural shopper strategies, partnered sweepstakes, social activations, coupon offers, recipes and merchandising units all developed in bilingual English & Spanish communications. The overall focus of these projects was develop compelling program visuals & communications to retain core customers shopper Mom & recruit younger demographic millennials all while addressing different levels of acculturation, economic status & cultural passions.
Developed materials balancing bilingual language messaging & legal copy, graphics, branding & image/photography in an unified design. Streamlined project development, approval & art delivery processes between Multicultural, Brand, Retail, Partner & Legal review departments by implementing cloud based creative review, tracking & archiving system.
